Service Description

Learn the clay building techniques of coiling, slab, pinch and modelling to create a variety of useful and decorative pieces.  This term we will be making food themed sculptures and domestic ware. Materials, firing and glazing are included. Classes suitable for school years 3-6. Projects will be set by the tutor and children will be led through the process to enjoy a successful outcome. Some mixed media work may be undertaken. Please note there is no session on 5 June. This is to allow the clay to fully dry before firing.
